Salatickets.ma is a company specialized in promoting events and offers on the Internet, at rates indicated on the site.

Salatickets.ma has developed a concept of selling Tickets to be used for offers provided by various partners, which the Member has the opportunity to order on the Internet, via the website of Salatickets.ma, www.Salatickets.ma at a rate indicated on the site, and this, for a limited period of time.

These General Sales Conditions are established by Salatickets.ma as part of its activity of putting these offers online on its Website during certain periods.

Salatickets.ma acts as an intermediary of the Partner whom it does not represent and as such. As a result, these general sales conditions only concern the ticket sales services and not the show or event itself.

1 - General provisions

Salatickets.ma is a Moroccan law company, registered in the Rabat trade register under number 223497, IF 42265874, with its head office located in Rabat, Fall Ould Oumer.

1-2 Acceptance

The Member declares having read the General Sales Conditions before placing an order and having accepted them without reservation.

The nullity of a contractual clause of the General Sales Conditions will not lead to the nullity of the entirety of these.

1-5 Modification of the general sales conditions

Salatickets.ma reserves the right to modify these General Sales Conditions at any time. The General Sales Conditions applicable are those in force at the date of the order placed by the Member.

2 - Orders

2-1 Definitive nature of the order

Orders made on the Website are a firm and definitive commitment, and after confirmation of said order by Salatickets.ma by email to the email address communicated by the member.

2-2 Modification of the order

As orders are final and irrevocable, any request for modification made by the Member is subject to the acceptance of Salatickets.ma

2-3 Validity of the order

Ticket.ma reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly in the case where the quantities ordered are abnormally high compared to the quantities usually ordered by Members as consumers.

3 - The price of the ticket

The price is expressed in DIRHAMS. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included.

4 - Delivery of tickets

The ticket is delivered electronically, it can be printed at home and has a unique barcode. It is impossible to be admitted to the entrance multiple times with the same ticket. The reproduction of tickets is prohibited and will not provide any benefit. Only the first person to present the ticket will be admitted to attend the event.

Your printable tickets at home are available continuously until the date of the event on the website under the section "My Orders"

The ticket buyer takes all necessary precautions to keep his password secret and to prevent any use by unauthorized persons or any breach.

In any case, Ticket.ma cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the Ticket to the Member, if this non-delivery is due to the communication of incorrect information by the Member.

When the Ticket is sent to the address indicated by the Member, it is up to him to check the nature of the Ticket sent and, in case of error, to make reservations, possibly to refuse the Ticket, and to notify SalaTickets.ma within 48 hours.

The refund of the payment for canceled events with tickets is automatically made to the ticket buyer by means of a credit on the credit card indicated during the ordering process.

5 - Cancellation, Refund, Use

Show tickets do not have a right of withdrawal

A show ticket cannot be refunded even in case of loss or theft, nor taken back, nor exchanged except in the event of a show cancellation. In case of cancellation of the show, only the ticket price will be refunded. This refund will only be made in favor of the initial purchaser upon return of the ticket.

No duplicate of the ticket can be issued, including in case of loss or theft.

No refund will be made beyond 30 days after the date on which the event was scheduled.

During the control at the entrance of the event location, a valid photo ID may be requested from you, and it must match the name on the ticket.

Upon announcement of cancellation or modification of date, time or place of a show for which you have reserved seats, you agree that SalaTickets.ma, as far as possible, when it has itself been notified by the organizer, can use the contact details you entered at the time of booking to keep you informed of the procedure.

We invite you in any case to check 24 hours before your show that it is indeed maintained without modification.

6 - Value

The value of the vouchers is the one in effect on the day of the order confirmation by the Member as mentioned in Article 2.1 above. SalaTickets.ma undertakes to apply this value to any order placed during the advertising period for the Ticket on the Website.

Any sale of vouchers for consideration is strictly prohibited.

7 - Deposit of the value of the Voucher

7-1 Due date

The deposit of the value of the Ticket is made at the order, once it has been confirmed by Ticket.ma.

7-2 Payment methods

The Member has several payment methods:

- By bank cards:

SalaTickets.ma accepts Moroccan and international credit cards on its website. Payment is made via the MarocTelecommerce platform

This solution is certified by the interbank monetics center and is 100% secure.

- In cash:

Payment can be made by a cash deposit via the MTCash/Orange Money agency network.

The reservation will only be validated once confirmed by MTCash and receipt sent to whatsapp. The member will then be notified by email containing his ticket as an attachment.

8 - Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

8-2 Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The General Sales Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the order or these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be submitted to the competent court.

9 - Data protection

The information collected on the www.SalaTickets.ma site or on www.facebook.com is subject to processing intended to ensure the processing of the Buyer's reservation, as well as to strengthen and personalize communication, in particular by letters/emails of information, and finally to customize its Website according to the preferences observed of the Buyers.

The personal data communicated by the Buyer are intended for SalaTickets.ma and all its subsidiaries. They undertake to respect the confidentiality of these personal data and not to disclose them to any third party.

When booking, the Buyer may agree to receive from SalaTickets.ma its subsidiaries, information, promotions, commercial proposals or any type of advertising messages from their partners and this by sending an e-mail or sms sent directly by their commercial partners. The buyer will have the opportunity to unsubscribe whenever he wishes.

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access and rectification to the information that
